By using Friends of Football, you agree to these Terms. The app is provided by Martin Matanovic as an independent solo developer.
The Service
Friends of Football is an iOS app to rate and review football matches from Europe's top 5 leagues. All reviews are stored locally on your device — I do not collect or store your review data.
Free tier
Access to the last 3 match days, visual preview, and social sharing.
Subscriber tier (€1.99/month or €19.99/year)
Full season archive, unlimited review storage, search and filter, edit and delete reviews, and data management.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. I do not collect or store your payment information — all payments are managed by Apple.
To cancel, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device, or use the button below:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support: support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084
Right of Withdrawal (EU)
Under EU law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By purchasing a subscription and immediately accessing premium features, you expressly request immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) Consumer Rights Directive).
Liability
The Services are provided "as is". Match data is sourced from API-Football and may contain errors. I am not liable for indirect damages or data inaccuracies. Liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected as required by German law (§ 276 BGB).
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by German law. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
